a. A general meeting shall be held on every last Wednesday of the month at the residence of an appointed member. The time shall always be 3.00pm prompt. Executive meetings shall be convened bi-monthly on the last Tuesday of every month at 4.00pm prompt. The venue and time also be arranged by the executive.

b. An emergency meeting can be called or held at any time of the month or the year at the instance of the President General.

c. Quorum: The quorum shall consist of at least 2332, this should consist of at least two third of the members. The house can exercise its discretion in this regard.
