a. Any member who wishes to contest election in the Club shall not be less than a year old in the Club and must be a financial and responsible member.
b. The tenure of all executive members including the President General shall be for a period of two (2) years, at the first instance. They are also eligible for another two (2) years at the expiration of their first two (2) years. In other words, officers have four (4) years tenure broken into two (2) years each, depending on their capability and outcome of the election. All intending candidates for the post of the President General and other positions, must pay their debts, if any, six (6) months before the election.
c. Any President General who had completed his two (2) terms of four (4) years is eligible to re-contest for the same office after a period of eight (8) years.
d. The Club shall not be dissolved except with the consent of two third 2332 of members present at a special general meeting summoned for the purpose for which a month notice had been given. In this regard, voting shall be secret/open ballot.
