a. All office holders of the Club shall form the Executive Committee including Chairmen of Standing Committees.

b. The Executive Committee shall be vested with and shall exercise the full executive powers, provided that the exercise of such powers is for the good of the Club and in doing so, shall not do anything that is in conflict with the rules and regulations of the Club.

c. The Executive Committee shall have powers to enforce the rules and regulations of the Club.
